What is a Mentor?

A mentor is a member of an organization that is designated by the Organization Administrator and helps guide a student through Google Summer of Code. In Melange, a Mentor can do the following tasks:

• Create a personal profile
• Request to mentor a particular student project
• Leave public or private comments on a student proposal
• Complete midterm and final evaluations for students
