Freedom Fone has been designed for use across telephone networks. This introduces a number of issues that users must be aware of when creating audio files for the platform.

Since content is accessed by calling the phone numbers connected to a Freedom Fone server, playback duration will be directly related to the cost of calling. Clarity and brevity will be valued by most callers.
